Sagar has over 20+ years of experience within real estate and hospitality industry executing on over 50 transactions with a total value of over $1.2 billion. Activate Hospitality capitalizes on off-market transactions, requiring deep asset management and value-add execution to maximize returns to its investors. Our Company seeks to deliver industry-leading opportunistic returns to investors through acquisitions which can be made at a discount to replacement cost and operations which can be significantly improved to increase exit value. We seek opportunities between $10 million and $150 million with a primary geographic focus on Florida.

Affordable Housing
Activate’s platform extends into affordable and workforce housing in partnership with municipalities. There exists an exponential separation between the supply and demand of affordable housing units– Miami-Dade and Broward Counties remain at the bottom quartile amongst the 100 most populated cities in relation to Affordable Housing. Activate works in tandem with local, county and state governments to provide solutions for a growing number of affordable housing applicants.
